We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow up three business days for the refund to be made.
All furniture sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to delivery or pick-up, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damage, defectiveness or concerns with the items should be managed at the time of delivery or pick-up.
Unfortunately, once an order has been received and processed by our team, cancellations aren't possible. When you submit your order and the payment has been processed, it can no longer be modified or edited in any way.
Furniture orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. Please contact our team to help with the cancellation process.
