RENTAL OVERVIEW

We like to keep it simple from our designs to our planning services to the rental process.   No surprises!  Our rental invoices are simple and easy to read with no hidden fees.  We include our standard 24-hour rental fee and delivery fee that includes setup and breakdown.  We do require a minimum of order of $500.  

 

DELIVERY FEES

Our local delivery fee is $200 covering venues within 30 miles radius of Nashville (37215).  This fee is inclusive of delivery, setup and pick-up of all rental items. This fee covers crew labor, our truck/trailer and gas.  For trips outside of Nashville, we charge $1.00 /per mile. 

 

AFTER-HOUR FEES

Our standard operating hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.  For rental deliveries and pick-ups outside of these hours, an additional $100 after-hours fee applies . 

 

CLIENT PICK-UP

Due to the fragility of our rental items and the complexity of the removable leg system of our farm tables, we do not offer client pick-up.  All orders must be delivered by a C&Co. crew member. 

 

HOW TO RENT
